Our primary focus is providing staffing solutions for Iowa employees and Iowa companies in the Light or Heavy Industrial, Manufacturing, Construction, Hospitality, Medical, Clerical/Office Staffing and/or Skilled Personnel areas—whether on a temporary, temp-to-hire or direct-placement basis. We also provide an array of employment related support services such as: skills assessment, drug testing, random selection, worker transportation management, client specific orientation, custom training, background searches and much, much more.
OUR BACKGROUND

In February 1995, Steve Risius opened USA Staffing, Inc. to provide temporary job assignments and employee placement to Iowa job seekers and assist Iowa employers in recruiting quality employees to our State. USA Staffing, Inc. quickly expanded to multiple offices with various field disciplines throughout Iowa. Our passion has been and continues to be matching great job seekers from all over the USA with the best employers in Iowa.
USA Staffing, Inc. is a multidisciplinary Iowa based staffing company providing services, including but not limited to--temporary, long-term assignment, contract-to-hire, direct-hire placement, candidate assessment, drug testing, background screens and staffing consultation for a wide variety of business entities.
Iowa Job Center (www.IowaJobCenter.com) was added as our web-based virtual office division in 2001 and continues to promote our services; post job openings free of charge and recruit numerous high caliber candidates from across the Midwest.
All company invoicing, banking, accounting, insurance and benefits are with Iowa vendors and handled at our Iowa Finance or Corporate office locations. Your information, service issues and payroll are all conveniently handled locally.

DIVISIONS

USA Staffing operates with multiple divisions to meet changing staffing needs.
Industrial Division—recruits low, semi and highly skilled personnel for all phases of manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, packing, shipping, maintenance, custodial and labor operations.
Office Division—provides a responsive, flexible method of coordinating both general and specialized clerical staffing needs either with individuals or complete work teams.
Hospitality Division—recruits supplemental banquet servers, bartenders, prep cooks, and kitchen help for the convention, hotel and restaurant industries.
Technical/Trades Division—provides supplemental technical support personnel for the commercial, insurance, banking, manufacturing and construction industries.
Testing/Search Division—provides both certified drug testing and complete background investigation search services for verification of prior employment, social security number, legal history, DMV records, credit records, education, and much more.
